Our Technicians are fully trained in handling various kinds of X-Ray Machines with special fitting design both for pipeline and piping system.Proper testing and checking background are conducted to each Technician before they mobilized to sites.
Each Radiography team consists with technician qualified to PCN, BATAN, ASNT Level 2, our manning level are as follows:
- NDT Supervisor with qualified to the above NDT Level 2 Discipline,
- NDT Crawler Technician to taking care of the equipment with adjustable qualification,
- NDT Radiographer Technician with qualification of RT BATAN Level 1 and 2 (OR / AR).
- NDT Technicians with the qualification of UT/MT/PT are supplied as Multidiscipline or Individual Discipline
Above team and its qualifications would be adjusted to the site needs and shall be approved by both parties.
X-Directional Techniques
- Where access to the bore / small pipe diameter not possible and then the double wall single image technique is used. The Tube head (source) be offset slightly to avoid an image from front weld falling onto the film or directly on the weld been Radiographic. This technique is double wall penetration (two wall penetrate) for a single wall radiographic method.
- The last technique can be used as double wall, double image technique use on small diameter bore / pipe by offsetting distance minimum 16 ins FFD (far from distance) with multiple exposure method.
- In generally our universal fitting to tube head using X-Directional method can easily use for both techniques and operated by two-men team X-Ray Radiographic System
